3 miles at 7.2mph – not a speed I am accustomed to running [at altitude] without breaks. However, I can do anything for 3 miles?!? right? RIGHT! and I said that to myself over and over and over again until the 3 miles were up. Good grief. One day I hope this gets easier. Followed up my run with some upper body weight training. Still sticking to the light weights/3 sets/25 repetitions each and am liking it. Seeing the same results as heavy weight/less reps. I can’t tell you how excited I am to see this hard work pay off!
